Oh Clare! I love it all! I've had fun reading your writing (of which I see nothing wrong) on the ones it will let me enlarge. Very strange. 2 still won't enlarge. Blogger bugs no doubt. I'm glad you had so much fun doing this (I'm sure you needed that little bit of fun in your life) because it really shows!
Great choice of subject matter. We're big Clifford fans over here. I love the rooster's tail/feathers. They look so spontaneous and just...perfect. I look forward to reading the writing on the page. The red pattern in the background - is it a crayon/rubbing?
Hi Melissa thanks for your comment. The pattern in the background was made by inking some old embossed wallpaper, (which I retrieved from my Dad's garden shed), then pressing it onto the page.
Awh, Clare, you ARE a sweetie. I will await with baited breath. (now I'm nervous about what to use it for... I'm glad you experimented first because I won't feel so bad printing from it) I'm excited! Thank you!

What a fabulous idea Clare! I'm jealous of your embossed wallpaper as a tool, but so happy the result of it is in my book!
No need to be GREEN Jan, I will mail some out to you. It is really very lovely and I know how much you love patterns. ;0)
