OK guys, I've taken myself off as an Administrator. I'm still here in case anyone wants to revive the exchange.

How things stand.

OK, guys, here's an update. Melissa has dropped out from this round of Moly_x_25, leaving me as Administrator. That means, at the moment, membership consists of Sudjino, Michael Nightmare and me. I tend to think we need at least one more, but you may disagree. Michael, I'd be grateful if you'd confirm that you're still up for this (you have one of my molys already).

Let's have some discussion here and see if we can get the ball rolling again.

Based on the last two posts from Harry and Kerry this reflects where things are.
Melissa & Kerry's books are done and "home."
Clare's book is with Harry and still needs an entry from Kerry.
Harry's book is with Kerry and needs entries from Clare and Melissa.

Clare do you you want your book sent home or to Kerry for it's final work? Also, do you want to do an entry in Harry's book before Kerry sends it to me, or are you finished?

My Last Bit for Clare

This is my last entry in Clare's book. I can post it out this week, either to Clare herself, or to Kerry who ought to be next in line. There are five pages left to fill. I await instructions.

Updates & Apologies

Hi all,
I wanted to apologize to all of you for neglecting the maintenance of this group. I have had my book completely done since September and I suppose it is my fault that I have not been more diligent on checking in with all of you.

Looking back through the posts, I see that Clare asked to have her book returned to her on November 13th, whether it was done or not. I would please ask whoever has it, to simply honor her request. I will send a shipping address to the group via email.

Kerry and Harry, do you two have each other's books?  On Dec 31, Kerry asked where it was and that is the last I can track of it. Kerry the last post I have on Harry's book is from you on the same date saying that you were shipping it, but I don't know to whom. My records indicate that both Clare and I still needed to complete entries in Harry's book.

Clare, should we assume that you do not want to receive any future books? If this is the case, Kerry you can send Harry's to me and  I will gladly add another entry.

Can everyone please just chime in as to whether they want to finish or have their own book sent home? I'm in it for the long haul. Please check your email for an updated message from me with all of our mailing addresses so that books can get moving.

Again, truly sorry for my part in allowing the group to stagnate.

Kerry's Colourful Characters

This is my last addition to Kerry's book. My colourful characters are Cézanne's three basic forms in nature - the sphere, the cone and the cylinder - and each is coloured with one of the three primary colours. Hope you approve, Kerry

September Update

 My moly found it's way home. What a marvelous treasure. Clare, you needn't worry about your watercolor efforts. It was such a beautiful display. I will be sure to photo/video the whole spread to share with everyone when I get a free moment this week.

Thank you all so very much for lending your time and talents to my book. I know some of you still have a round or two to get your books back, but please do give some consideration to whether or not you'd be interested in another go around with this group. I can't believe what an amazing success we've had so far. You all rock, first and second group, alike!

Alison From our First Moly_x_25 Swap......

I am slow, really slow!

I have just found out that Alison Horridge who participated in our first swap has published her 'Painted Memories' into a beautiful book. It is a delightfully, delicious memoir, which for me brought back so many wonderful childhood memories I'd all but forgotten. It is for sale or as Alison Say's, 'You can read it all for free'. After reading it I definitely want a copy.

I had a difficult time deciding between a few ideas for your book Kerry. I considered the characters from the Wizard of Oz, A peacock and Elton John. Scanning the internet, I found an amazing video clip of Elton John dressed as a peacock performing "Crocodile Rock" with the Muppets and I was sold.
